Mozzarella Style Cheese Sticks
Meet the snack that pulls strings (literally). Gooey, stretchy, plant-based mozzarella wrapped in a crispy, golden, gluten-free panko cauliflower crust. Because who said cheese sticks need actual dairy to be melty, magical, and completely addictive?
Bake ‘em, dunk ‘em, fight over the last one—these are crowd-pleasers in stick form. Pair with marinara, snack solo, or stack ‘em like Jenga (we don’t judge).
Plant-based style mozzarella: Filtered water, Coconut oil and/or Canola oil, Potato starch, Modified starch (potato and tapioca), Chickpea protein, Sea salt, Potato protein, Natural flavour (vegan sources), Lactic acid, Beta carotene (colour). In a coating of: Rice flour, Water, Panko bread crumb (rice flour, pea protein, dextrose, baking soda), Modified corn starch, Vegetable oil, Potato starch, Dehydrated upcycled cauliflower powder, Sea salt, Baking powder, Yeast extract, Xanthan gum, Spice, Garlic powder, Onion powder.Sauce: Water, Tomato paste, Cane sugar, Vinegar, Salt, Dried garlic, Modified potato starch, Mid oleic sunflower oil, Herbs, Spices, Xanthan gum.
Cook from frozen. Product must be cooked thoroughly to 165°F (74°C). Your oven temperature may vary so adjust baking time and oven temperature as necessary. Do not refreeze a defrosted product.Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Arrange on a baking sheet, parchment paper preferred. Place on middle oven rack. Bake 9-11 minutes. While baking, remove sauce pack and place in a warm bowl of water. Once baked let cool for 1-2 minutes. Drizzle sauce or use as a dip. Serve, refrigerate or discard any unused portion. Air Fryer: Cook temperature: 400°F (205°C). Arrange product in a single layer in a basket. Air fry for 5-6 minutes.
