Green Spaghetti and Garlic

|1 cup||Choice, Super Greens|
|340 g||Choice, G.F. Spaghetti|
|1 tsp||Olive Oil|
|1/4 cup||White Onion, Chopped|
|3 cloves||Garlic, peeled|
|1 tbsp||Fresh Lemon Juice|
|1/2 tsp||Salt & Pepper|
|1 each||Wholly Veggie! Herby Garlic Green|
- In a large pot of fresh boiling water cook spaghetti according to instructions on the package (6-10 minutes). Drain.
- In the mean time, heat a medium frying pan with olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic and Herby Garlic Green patties and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add mixture and lemon juice to a blender. Blend until liquid, adjusting the consistency with a little bit of water. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked fettuccine and green sauce back to the frying pan and toss together, cooking for 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately.
I’ve just tried all three flavors, and they are all fantastic! There is no excuse not to eat your veggies when it is this easy and tasty! The beet one was my favorite ?
