G.F Fettuccine with Fiddleheads and Thyme

|1 Cup||Fresh Fiddleheads, trimmed|
|340 g||Choice, G.F Fettuccine|
|2 tbsp||Olive Oil|
|1/2 cup||Red Onion, chopped|
|1 1/2 tbsp||Soy-Free, soy sauce|
|1/2 tbsp||Sesame oil|
|1 tbsp||Fresh lemon thyme|
|1/2 tsp||Salt & Pepper|
|1 package||Wholly Veggie! Herby Garlic& Broccoli Bites|
- In a large frying pan bring 2 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat. Add the fiddleheads and cook for 2 minutes. Remove the fiddleheads and discard the water.
- In a large pot of fresh boiling water cook fettuccine according to instructions on the package (6-10 minutes). Drain.
- In the mean time, heat a medium frying pan with olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté for 5 minutes. Add tamari, soy free soy sauce and sesame oil to the onions, stir until combined. Add in the fiddleheads and lemon thyme, cooking for 1 minute.
- Add the cooked fettuccine and toss together. Serve immediately.
Can add favourite vegetables as well. Mix it up.
